Need help with one of our apps or add-ons? E-mail us and we'll get back to you. To help us help you faster, please include:
- the name of the app and its version
- your device model and operating system version
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you can
Quick fixes to try first
- Update the app to the latest version from the App Store.
- Quit and reopen the app, or restart your device.
- If a feature needs a permission (for example Screen Recording, Photos or tracking), check it in Settings › Privacy & Security.
- For World of Warcraft add-ons, update through CurseForge, then type /reload in the game.
